WFU HELPS is a medically directed, professionally supervised chronic disease prevention program designed to develop a healthy and active lifestyle through exercise and education programs. Monitored exercise sessions are available at our “State of the Art” facility, conveniently located next to Groves Stadium in Winston-Salem, NC.
The Healthy Exercise & Lifestyle ProgramS at Wake Forest University provides more than exercise. Our programs create awareness for healthy living through quality wellness and education programs. We provide the extra support you need to create and maintain a program tailored specifically for your needs. We will help you reach your personal goals for a healthier lifestyle!
