The Health and Exercise Science department, supported by Human Resources, is proud to offer you two unique opportunities to improve your healthy! These programs are carried out by our incredible team of dieticians, exercise physiologists, and behavioral health researchers. They are provided at no cost to all full-time, permanent WFU employees.
Healthy Weight for You:
This program is designed for individuals whose goal is to establish a healthy weight for themselves! It is a six program with weekly meetings! See here for more info!
Therapeutic Lifestyle Change:
This program caters to those who are looking to achieve overall lifestyle improvements, not necessarily just weight change. This program also utilizes weekly meetings and is three months long! See here for more info!
